4Yes, The Vermont Motorsports Magazine Bear Ridge Speedway Driver of the Year – Thomas Placey – is the latest addition to the Hess stables.  On the fuel of a ridiculous 11 wins in 17 starts, Placey comes to the Hess Stables as proven champion of the Hornet division at Bear Ridge Speedway.  He looks to continue his dominance in a Hess owned Allen Lumber Street Stock.  We are thrilled to have a driver of this calibur join the ranks for the 2010 season!
